Our Cancellation Policy Period is now 12 hours. If you cancel within the 12 hour, you will not be re-credited.
If you cannot make it to a class within 12 hours of the class start time, you do not have to do anything. During class, the instructor will conduct a check-in as per usual, if you are not there you will not be checked in. You will not be charged extra for the no-show, however you will lose the credit used to book as usual.
What if I’m not sure if I can make the class until within the 12 hours period? If you are unsure whether you can make the class, it is better to cancel before this period. You can join a class up to an hour before start time.
What if I need to cancel within the 12 hour Cancellation Period? There is no need to do anything at all. You will be missed! - but hopefully we will see you in another class soon.
Our cancellation policy also means that we are unable to transfer or switch classes that have been booked.

Waitlists are now first-come, first-automatically-served. If you are the first in line of a waitlist and a place opens up, you will automatically be booked into the class. You will then receive an email informing you that you are in the class.
If you cannot make a class that you are on the waitlist for, it is important you cancel your waitlist place to avoid this. If you get into the class, the same 12 Hour Cancellation Policy applies.
