In the past through experience at other venues, the instructor does not always do this-so you have no idea if your posture etc are correct, therefore not achieving the results you are looking for. Already addicted!”

“ My first Pilates class was in January 2025. Being a middle aged bloke with a bad back, I have spent years trying to find a Yoga or Pilates class at the weekend locally. I signed up as soon as I saw an advert for Ballantyne Studio. By late August I went to my regular chiropractor appointment and for the first time in years - she had nothing to do! I find the Sculpt class just as hard as I need, and/or can manage! Kate Ballantyne is such a good instructor and manages to track all 8 attendees so that we each get the most out of the class. Thanks, Kate - you're just what my back needed!”
