Meet Kate, the inspiring founder of Mood Reformer. With a lifelong passion for fitness, she has dedicated her career to coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. As a qualified synchronised swimming coach and judge, Kate brings a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to her Reformer Pilates sessions.

Her extensive background in movement and technique allows her to create dynamic, effective workouts that elevate your fitness journey. With a commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering environment, Kate is here to help you unlock your full potential and achieve your wellness goals.

Kate focuses on form & technique (and having fun!), this is essential to reaping the benefits of reformer. In her classes, you will experience her exuberant personality in a non-judgemental and casual space.

Heidi Cowen

Instructor

Heidi teaches a variety of classes including swimming and aqua aerobics, Les Mills Body Pump & Trip, indoor cycling, Kettlebells, Circuit & HIIT training, alongside Mat Pilates and Reformer. She also trains reformer pilates instructors.

Always love Heidi’s class. They are well planned and offer an all over workout. She works you really hard and gives you confidence to do more ambitious moves 😍

Carol Hall

Instructor

Carol hopes to inspire others with their own challenges by showing how fitness - and Pilates in particular - can help you manage and overcome these difficulties. She believes that we can all surprise ourselves with what we can achieve - regardless of our age! - with a bit of determination and self-belief.

Gosia Smart

After falling in love with Pilates method and fitness overall Gosia decided to pursue her passion for teaching and helping people to discover the magical benefits of fitness and wellbeing.

With a background in TV and radio, Kay brings confidence and presence to the reformer stage, she loves how it creates space to switch off and focus on breath, control, and core connection. She loves helping others, at any age, feel stronger and more connected to their own bodies.

Laura believes that Pilates should be inclusive to all ages and abilities. She is passionate about creating an environment to do so, and wants to motivate others to get the most out of their workout.
